Refund Policy

1. Evaluate During the Free Trial

Because every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial, we encourage you to evaluate the Platform fully before any charge is made.

2. Subscriptions Are Generally Non-Refundable

Except where required by applicable law, monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

3. Discretionary Exceptions

If you were charged in error or experienced a significant, verifiable service failure, contact the Support Center within 14 days. We may, at our sole discretion and in good faith, issue a partial or full refund. This does not create any obligation or precedent.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

5. Promotional Discounts

Promotional and founding discounts are reflected in the reduced price paid and are not separately refundable.

6. No Further Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds (where granted) are your sole and exclusive remedy, and Porrah shall have no further liability of any kind in connection with billing, payments, or the value received from the Platform.
